Delegate + Automate Tasks
Take a look what your daily routine looks like when it comes to being an online seller, what tasks can you outsource or automate? Maybe you buy inventory in bulk, sell multiples of the same listing, hire a VA, etc. You only have so much time in a day. So what tasks do YOU have to do and what can you delegate to someone else?
When it comes to automation, check out FLYP. It is a totally FREE crosslisting and sharing tool. It can send offers for you automatically as well as relist/delist items, and so much more!
Some sellers like to stick to one platform; however, I look at it as if you’re already souring, photographing, and listing items you might as well list them onto other platforms for maximum exposure. Over time you’ll figure out what sells best where and then you can ease up on crosslisting everything.
Research Research Research
Styles, trends, and desired brands are constantly changing. Whether you’re selling clothes, shoes, makeup, home décor, etc. – stay up to date on what is selling quickly and what pieces are going up in value. Take note of what is becoming saturated in the market, so you know to adjust your spending accordingly.
