Morning Routine Checklist Ideas
- Start the night before – wind down and get to bed early

- Spend time on self care – read, journal, relaxing shower, whatever you enjoy
- Get a workout in
- Make a to do list and say morning affirmations
Creating a healthy and aesthetic morning routine is so important when it comes to setting yourself up for a productive day and simply just feeling. Sometimes we create morning routines without even realizing it, which is why it’s always a good idea to reflect and improve on your habits where you can. Below are some items & tips that have helped me to transform my mornings into a time I enjoy and prepare me for a successful day.
1. The Five Minute Journal
If you have a lot of journals but never find yourself journaling (like me), then The Five Minute Journal is the perfect addition to your morning routine. It’s simple, quick, and effective. It only takes five minutes of your time yet can completely change your mood and mindset for your day.
2. Shampoo & Conditioner
