5 tools for small business owners:
Thermal printer – the best for printing labels. Once you use a thermal printer, you’ll never want to go back to a traditional printer. It isn’t just easier but it’s cheaper! The thermal printer requires no ink, so all you need is the labels, which are $20 for 500. Printer & labels are linked here.

iPad Pro – so convenient for brainstorming ideas, planning, and staying organized. If you’re running your business online, then it is crucial to have something that is reliable, easy to bring with you, and also have the capacity to hold everything you need.
Canva – I can’t make this list without including Canva because it is literally a gamechanger. You can easily make cute banners, newsletters, business cards, collages, etc. There are so many templates to use that are already formatted to fit whatever sizes you need, so you don’t need to be good at designing at all.
Ring light – obviously good lighting is a must. I first bought soft box lights, they were great, however since I’ve gotten a ring light, I’ve never used the soft box lights again. The ring light makes photos and videos just as bright, but only takes up half the space. Plus, it’s a lot easier to move around your house as needed.
Polymailers – if you’re selling physical products, polymailers are the way to go. Of course, sometimes you have to use a box for things, but polymailers are so much easier to use and store. If you’re shipping USPS priority (including on poshmark) then you can get free polymailers, both padded and flat rate here. If you’re shipping first class or like to ship priority in cute or colored polymailers, those are here.
all the best,
